Open House Search Through APR

..this open house search is not limited to just APR listings.. it includes all listings that are active in the MLS. Even if you are not currently in the market it is always a good idea to keep an eye on the market shifts and trends so that you have a leg up when you decide to make a move. Attending open houses and noting which homes sell in under 30 days will give you a lot of insight into what types of homes are being listed and what types of buyers are active in the market.
