Fears and the Other Things that We Manifest

So you have your vision board all setup.. you listen to your daily affirmations and say your mantras out loud... you are dedicated to making your good life, better.

I feel as if only a few days ago I started to understand what the "Law of Attraction" truly involves. Yes, I watched "The Secret" a little over a year ago but I struggled because I was still harboring some negative core beliefs. Sadly, although I had succeeded in getting completely out of debt in one month, it was short lived.

The negativity crept back into my life under the cover of my good old friend "familiarity." I enjoyed getting caught up in the political news. It offered me the escape that I didn't even consciously recognize that I was looking for. It was only a matter of time before the negativity seeped into the other areas in my life. I still realized that the Law of Attraction was always in effect (always has been and always will be) but I had started to say to myself... "Holy Shit, this has got to be too good to be true".. and I felt afraid... afraid that I was turning into someone that I didn't know or didn't want to know... afraid that I as attracting a lifestyle that I wasn't deserving of... afraid of the constantly growing responsibilities in my daily life... afraid that the Law of Attraction would somehow start running out of control and that there would be no way to reign in the ever changing experiences. Whoah. I needed to just take a step back and say "fuck it." you know?
